Terms & Conditions:

• Referrer is a person who is an existing customer of WekLoo, Referee is a person who is introduced by referrer.
• The Refer and Earn Program is only valid on new sign ups and regestration on website. This offer will not be valid for existing users who already have registered/signed up on WekLoo.
• Referee should use the Unique Referral Code on the Signup Page. Any new registrations/sign up without using the referral code will not be valid for referral reward.
• Each unique referral on their first order from WekLoo is eligible for Rs. 100 cashback only once upon order completion from referee.
• In case of order placed and cancelled by the referee both referee and referrer will not be eligible for the referral reward. Our system should receive the order delivery information, post which the referral credit will be done in wekloo wallet.
• Offer is valid for new users on their first transaction only.
• Offer is valid only once per unique Email id / Mobile Number.
• Unique user Promo code has to be applied to avail the cashbacks for referral scheme. In case you miss entering referral code on the signup page and finished transaction worth Rs.500 to earn the referral bonus. Neither referrer nor referee will receive the Referral bonus. WekLoo is not responsible for this mistake and after the first order is placed referee cannot use the unique referrer code to get this bonus again.
• For every referred friend from referrer who transacts on WekLoo Website for the first time using your promo code on sign up, both the referrer and referee will get Rs.100 as referral bonus.
• The code is applicable only on the WekLoo Website.

• Offer Applicable only once on Unique registration details (email & Mobile No.).
• A sign up with a different email address or phone number using the same device will not qualify as a valid referral on App.
• The mobile number provided by the friend/Referee must not have been used to sign up earlier.
• Your unique referral code/ links should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. The Offer would be withdrawn if the same is found to be used for commercial purpose.
• If one person is referred by 2 person, only the code used first will be considered for referral bonus and not both.
• WekLoo reserves all rights to change the amounts conferred under Refer and Earn program at any point in time.
• WekLoo may suspend or terminate the Refer and Earn program or any user's ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason at their discretion. Bonus cash earned as a result of fraudulent activities as determined by our fraud management system will be revoked and deemed invalid.
• Bonus cash earned using the referral program cannot be withdrawn into any of the payment instruments like Bank account, Credit Card, Debit Card etc.
• WekLoo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Modifications of these terms will be effective from the time they are updated in the Terms and Conditions section.
• You are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer and any such participation is voluntary.
• WekLoo reserves the right to, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms & condition, including changing the amount of money, modifying how you may earn and spend it, modifying the duration and expiration wallet money, maximum amount of money that you may earn, and discontinuing the offer entirely, at any time without any prior written notice to you.
• WekLoo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that attempts to tamper with the offer or violates the company’s Policy.
• Referral voucher is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. This amount is valid on purchase of ANY template.
• In case of "Invalid referral code error" the referral credit will not be released to either of the customers. There are 4 possibilities of "Invalid referral code error"

1) Either the customer has already signed up and is existing WekLoo customer.

2) The same device had WekLoo app installed and we have the device ID registered in our base.

3) The referrer has either reached the maximum reward capacity or is blocked by our fraud detection system as suspicious.

4) There is a network issue on the phone which is interrupting the process. In this case you can close the browser and try again.
